there is no dog that can't bark...al. dogs have to bark top get attention or to alert you.

There are several: Akitas and malamutes don't really bark, they yowl. Beagles hoot. Dingos cry. Coyotes yelp and cackle.

There is one dog that cannot bark, it is the baenji, it is because its voicebox is too shallow.
