Perhaps due to an allergic reaction.

Exposure to sudden changes in temperature (normally very cold, to very hot) can cause your symptoms.

There are a few other reasons that would cause this problem including e.g. circulatory problems, contact with certain chemicals or materials. If this is causing anxiety and /is a persistent problem it is always better to consult a medical professional in order to obtain a proper diagnosis and , potentially, the correct treatment and advice.

Sometimes during pregnancy you have bad circulation. This causes your skin to burn or have tingling feelings. You can change positions and stretch to help circulation.
