My friends daughter took 60 500mgs of paracetmol last night she is now in the icu unit on a life support machine she was taken to hospital within 3 hours of taking them will she be all right?

unfortunately paracetamol can cause a great deal of damage to the liver. After 3 hours the damage would of already been caused, and she will be a critical state and possibly need a liver transplant due to amount of tablets she had taken.
