the rectum (Latin for 'straight') is the last part of the intestine

'cystis' is Greek for 'bladder'. The word 'kyst" comes from the same source, but here it is the urinary bladder that is meant.

'cele' is Greek for "hernia", a general medical term signifying an organ being pushed out of its rightful position.

So I suppose 'rectocystocele' means that the last part of your intestine has been pushed into the urinary bladder.

I am NOT a doctor, just an educated Greek.
