I don't think there is a special doctor. I went to a vein specialist about mine and he just did some reading to find out about it. Its bad that there isn't much knowledge of Lympademia which makes it hard.

There are usually not doctors that exclusively work with just knee's but their are doctors that work in this area. The difference is that they specialize in muscle/bone procedures, making them a bit different from a doctor that may specialize in another area.

A foot doctor is called a podiatrist. They specialize in diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions.
