Shelter is specially important for street children for having a touch of homely atmosphere. It is imbibed in a child's gene to have a home with parents around him. So when they are abandoned out of home due to financial reason or due to circumstances beyond their control, they become rude, violent and it is shelter over their roof that gives them some certainty in their lives.
