Yes i believee rollerblading is a very good balance and leg workout. if you do it long enough you will definitely feel a burn. But be weary of falling while on rollerbaldes. I fell last September and tried to stop myself, by putting my hand down to break my fall and ended up breaking my wrist. Not a pleasant experience. Could not do my hair by myself for 2 months.
