yes its perfectly safe because i have been using it for years. but careful how much regularly u use. cas using it everyday is not wise as u get a derection problem naturally later on like for a week or so. use it every 3 or 4 days . otherwise have normal sex. well that's just my experience u experiment urs and let me know .
