im sorry guys i went to North Dakota last summer i only had about 3

grams and they found it when theys searched our car

and no they wre not happy but haha they tought it ws mush .

but morale of the story they said it was illegal even to grow

and i coulda been charged

As a matter of fact yes, certain American Indians ( at least 1/4 part) within the Church and religion associated with this religion, Shamen and others may take it once or a few times a year etc...

Its not illegal to cultivate anywhere in the U S and it's not illegal for native americans to eat for religious purposes.

Depends on your country. In the US it is illegal for everybody except Native Americans, for whom it is legal for spiritual or religious purposes.
