If you care for your ex as a friend, then why confuse her by making her believe you want to be with her when you know she loves you? Move away, let her hurt for some time as she learns not to love you, and then - who knows - she may come back to be friends.
Don't stay friends with someone if you know they love you. That person will be more hurt when she realizes that you don't love her back.
