You can, like, with a pencil. Just do it hard enough, and it will mark. Just erase the pencil later on. And you can snap a rubber band onto the wrist. it will mark.
Why do i cut myself just because I'm angry or sad?
It's said that when people are angry, depressed, or just upset, that cutting is like, some kind of release, to let all of those emotions out, and to feel physical pain rather then the mental pain. But cutting leaves ugly scars that you'll regret so deeply, so rather then cutting, try snapping your hands or wrists with a rubber band, it feels pretty much the same, except no nasty scars. I don't think a rubber band would work quite the same, of course, that's all a matter of opinion. Some Emos also like seeing the blood.
