i guess sometimes love can be blind, but not to the point that you don't know who your in love with. When you don't really know the person it's called lust. you experience a very big attration to someone, not limitted to sexual attraction, but you know very little about that person. i suppose that after learning who they are yes, you could just happen to fall madly in love with them.
