Yes, everybody farts. Girls fart, too, but they are usually more discreet about it. In our culture, it's okay for boys to be gross, but it isn't okay for girls to be gross. Things change as you get older though. Old men and women fart more often in public because they can't control when it's going to come out and they just don't care.
