Well Vicodin already has an analgesic anti-inflammatory in the medication. I don't think it would hurt you unless you took way to many, but you shouldn't need a second anti-inflammatory when one is already present.

In general, no - do not try it without talking to the Doctor Who prescribed the lisinopril. Aleve can reduce the effectiveness of lisinopril, which could lead to your blood pressure going dangerously high. Also, the kidneys can be affected by combining the two.

Yes, it is safe. Neither of these drugs will interact with the other. Remember that one of the main side effects of Ritalin is increased heart rate and elevated blood pressure, though. It can also cause headache. You should make sure that the Ritalin is not causing some of the problems you're taking the lisinopril for.

That is possibly dependent on the individual and seems to me better asked of your doctor or a pharmacist who is aware of your medical history. What may work for some may not work with others.
