Yes of course! Nowadays women are inviting the men and having co-ed baby showers. You can include fun games that involve men and women. They are also hosting baby shower bar-b-q's and the men are asked to bring a pack of diapers.

This is ridiculous. All of this shower nonsense has gotten out of hand. Most women don't even want to go to baby showers. Why the heck would men want to go too!? Sounds like the mom-to-be is just trying to get more gifts!

I suppose if they want to. As a woman who hates baby and bridal showers I think it is unfair that guys get out of going to this crap! I see nothing wrong with a man going, especially if it is the father-to-be.
