Easily possible. 75 seconds is actually kind of slow for only 300 yards. yes 75 seconds is really really slow. 75 seconds is like a good 500 time. To me its not a specific way how to run it you just run. Basically you sprint the whole thing and main tain a paste. That's all cause that event is a sprint.
It will take you 17.05 seconds to run 100 yards.
20 minutes
100 yards = 300 feet = 300/5280 = .0568 miles 18 sec = 18/60 minute = 18/3600 hours = .005 hours thus answer is .0568 miles/.005 hours = 11.36 mph
Jason ran 200 yards in 36 seconds
10 seconds
100 yards in 10 seconds 20.45 miles per hour.
At 4 mph, you would cover 88 yards in one minute. In 45 seconds, you would cover 66 yards (88 multiplied by 0.75).
It would take: (220/100) times 9.2 = 20.24 seconds
5280 / 300 = 17.6 feet per second
An Olympic athlete who can run 110 yards in 10 seconds is running at a speed of 22 miles per hour when converted.
60 yards is equivalent to about 55metres, so it will be a little bit below 6.9 maybe?
It is not possible to maintain the same speed over different distances.
