yes, its all about getting the proper torque, the arm should be straightened and torqued up from behind to dislocate, then twisted thumb down, then ripped upward towards the victims head while placing your foot on the back of the corresponding shoulder blade, if you are strong enough and use enough force, the arm will detach

Well the way to make your hands sort of fall asleep is to hold someones arm tight for about 30 seconds then make sure your hand stays in the same position. Take your hands off the persons arm and then make the person run their fingers gently over your hands (make sure that your hands are still in the same position).
