yes, its all about getting the proper torque, the arm should be straightened and torqued up from behind to dislocate, then twisted thumb down, then ripped upward towards the victims head while placing your foot on the back of the corresponding shoulder blade, if you are strong enough and use enough force, the arm will detach

yes its possible. but not as easy as shown in alot of movies. with enough training one can learn the prope technique and develop a strong grip, but not like riping cotten kandy it's a resnoble amount of force
