Yes there is a procedure that has been done for the prevention of blindness in Albinos but I had the surgery done for cosmetic reasons its called NewCoLorIris . I had brown eyes and now have beautiful blue that looks like i was born with them

Able to that so were a few other of their family members but I have met other people who have been able to do that . Me on the other hand I'm able to change the lightness of my color I can make it go from almost black to a really light brown . So I would have to say yah but not everyone can do that.
