SAFEyes and no it depends on the soap used and the method of the punishment. Use a safe real soap, ive been on the receiving end of a bar of ivory too many times. dove i belive to be safe as well and it tastes better than ivory, as for methods do not allow swallowing, use bar soap, my experience is usually in keeping the bar in my mouth for awhile usually 5 minutes to 10, highly reccommended my girlfriend used it to make me stop smoking

Yes it is dangerous! Of course! That so called punishment can cause vomiting, bleeding and most dangerous: it can BLOCK Airways! So you see, this ,,punishment" also contains risk of death! Everyone that had to go through that punishment but never had any side-effects was just lucky!
