I wouldn't call it dangerous but it is abnormal. I am assuming that you can get an erection. So you are saying that during orgasm, no semen comes out and you are not having nocturnal emmissions either? If this is the case, there may be a problem with the tubing that leads the semen from the testicles through the penis, or there could be some sort of nerve damage causing this. If your semen is backing up inside your body for whatever reason, it is not dangerous because your body reabsorbs it and eliminates it. However, I do recommend visiting a urologist to see if your problem can be fixed in case you decide you want children. Now, if you are talking about not being able to get an erection at all, or if erections are painful, then you should also visit your doctor to see if something can be done.
