It honestly does not make that much of a difference when you weigh yourself in general. The main guideline for weighing yourself is to just do it at the same time each day, or week.
The body's weight fluctuates constantly, and after a workout, you may appear to weigh less, especially if you have lost any significant amount of water through sweat.
Additionally, we tend to weigh less in the morning than the evening. In the morning our food is digested and stomach is generally empty. In the evening, you appear to weigh more because of the extra food and water added to your body during the day.
So, just weigh yourself at the same time every day or week for the most accurate measurements.

You need to consumer some carbs and a bit of protein before a workout to have enough energy to complete the workout, but not so much to weigh you down. You should also hydrate. After a workout, you should have an easily digestible source of protein within 30 minutes of completing your workout to facilitate your recovery. You should also re-hydrate.
well, i would recommend to not eat right b4 you start a workout or else you can get sick, and don't start pigging out after working out either. i think its best to just eat a small portion of food about an hour b4 working out so you can let the food digest.
usually before a meal, unless you have already digested youre food. hope it helped xxx

It is not advisable to weigh yourself right after a gym session. It is best to weigh yourself once a week, at the same time of the day.
