If it is your gray hair, and you like pain, pulling it out is probably preferable to pulling out your teeth or fingernails. If it is someone else's gray hair, pulling it out is not a good idea, even if you enjoy pain, as it could lead to the loss of your teeth and much physical destruction on your part.

If you are pulling out your gray hair to look younger, consider that bald patches are not really that much of a sign of youth or health either. Consider instead, bleaching the rest of your hair and then tinting it all gray. That way, people will think you are older than you are, and compliment you on how great you look for your age!
