No, do not cut back on sleep to get your progams in. Sleep is very good for and

try to get as much as possible. Sleep help you to feel fresh energized for the

day to come. T.V. you can watch in your free time and try to watch as least as

possible. If you have school, college, a job, a family, or chores, do them first!

GO TO SLEEP DON'T WATCH T.V.!
