There are certainly pro's and con's in this situation. But I'd have to say, your best bet is no. Because if the both of you DO end up getting together and then God forbid, things go badly. You will find yourselves in a very awkward position... One's you most definitely don't want to find yourself in. It'll be awkward AND uncomfortable and you'll have a hard time getting over each other, IF it does end up badly.
Then there is the fact that things may go well and you'll just be very distracted with each other at work.
You can always risk it, or think ahead and stay on the safe side.
