That depends on what you mean by 'great stuff'. If you refer to the music, it is not toxic

But, you propably refer to the insulating foam.

Great Stuff Insulating Foam Sealant is polyurethane plastic foam.

It is extremely flammable, when sprayed (not after it has dried)

It contains chemicals that irritate your lungs if breathed and skin

The wet chemical in the foam is isocyanate, which is hazardous.

Isocyanates pose a particular threat when burned as carbon monoxide and hydrogen cyanide are formed. These gases are highly toxic and could be fatal if the area isn't well ventilated.

Contamination of isocyanates with water can create toxic gases, so they must be stored in airtight and dry containers. If contamination occurs, never seal the chemicals, as doing so will create unwanted pressure and may lead to an explosion.

Death from severe Asthma-attack in some cases has been reported.

Use in well-ventilated areas, and wear gloves, safety glasses or goggles and protective clothing.

If no ventilation is available and the foam is being sprayed in a small, confined area, wear a NIOSH -approved respirator equipped with an organic vapor sorbent and P100 particulate filter.

Once cured, Great Stuff foam forms a nonhazardous solid and is nontoxic if ingested. However, it could block the intestines.
