"Scat" is slang for stool or a bowel movement. Eating any part of stool, or the excrement of humans, animals, or birds, is unsafe and can make people very sick because stool has bacteria in it. E-Coli is the primary bacteria that is found normally in the digestive tract as normal flora, and so it is also found in stool. But when it is ingested (eaten, swallowed), E-Coli can cause increased stomach acid followed by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain, and dehydration. When E-Coli is ingested, it may take IV antibiotics to cure the overwhelming digestive infection.

As a side note, E-Coli contamination is often the reason for recalls of produce, like pre-packaged lettuce. If food packagers or preparers do not wash their hands after using the bathroom, the traces of stool on their hands can contain E-Coli which gets onto the food. When people eat that contaminated food, it is as if the consumer is eating the stool from the worker with contaminated hands. As well, the excrement of animals can get on produce in the fields or orchards. For example, the USA prohibits companies from selling apples that had been on the ground before "picking" (rather than picking from the branches of trees) because deer and small animals frequent the orchards where apples drop from trees.

No. Remember it is what is left after digestion, it is full of Ecoli bacteria and other germs you don't want to put in your mouth.
