In my opinion anything you are craving, like sometimes i crave salt, is a sign that your body wants or needs it, but sometimes being a woman you can crave sweet things when your are pregnant or due for your period or even after your period, you can also crave sweet things when you are breast feeding, many reasons why the body does these kind of things but it is always for a reason.
