Not always. Everything has its' strengths and weaknesses. For instance, to make a reference to the NBA, a bigger point guard is not always better. If you try to get a 6'10" point guard to guard a 6'0" point guard, odds are the little guy will run right past the larger point guard. Thus, bigger would not be better in that case.
