Have you been to the doctor? My cousin was 6ft at the age of 14 and kept growing and growing, when he was 16 he almost 7ft, he went to the doctor, who sent him for tests and scans, which gave him an answer. I dont want to worry you but he did have a small brain tumour growing and pushing on his Pituitary gland - he was then diagnosed with Gigantism and registered as disabled.
Maybe it may be worth a trip to the doctors.
