It really depends. If you had a deep tissue massage and then went for a hot shower it wouldn't do much except for make you really tired. If you had a massage to work out tense muscles and went for a hot shower, you would be fine. But if you had either of those and went for a cold shower, you could be at risk for damage as cold showers generally make people tense up and then you're much more likely to pull, tear, or rip something. Also if your massage therapist/whoever you went to used any sort of oil, ointment, numbing cream, or anything else that could be washed away with water it may be a good idea to refrain from showering until at least the day after, as your skin will need time to heal from being rubbed so much and the muscle will benefit from being able to absorb whatever else is on your skin.
There are many kinds of massage techniques that use a shower in hydrotherapy and in Spas. Here are two examples of kinds of shower massage: Swedish and Vichy.

That is very bad indeed. You should be showering every day. I shower twice a day.
A hot shower is not necessarily, nor directly bad but accidents like slips and falls are increased which may have extremely bad outcomes. There is also no real reason to take a shower because it will not sober you up. Best advise is not to take a shower to avoid these risks.
No. Unless you're fat.
You need take a shower because if you dont you can get infections down there. Also you will have bad body odor, your hair will be greasy and many other things. So try to take a shower everyday if possible.
Oh honey, TS stands for "table shower." It's like a car wash for your body, but instead of soap and water, you get pampered on a massage table. Just remember to keep it PG-13, okay?
In the morning. Or when you're dirty.
