It depends. If you're angry at some points, you really shouldn't be concerned that it's a bad thing. But if you're constantly angry and you can't seem to get it out, go to the school counselor or a therapist. I'm sure someone will help you. it's not really a bad or a good thing. It's bad to express it on someone else but it's also bad to hold it in.
