CA-125 serum level is usually part of your 'well woman' or routine blood work up to screen for ovarian cancer. From what I know, any result under 21U/mL is normal and you should be pleased. The Doctor Who ordered it may have had other reasons to check these levels, so I would suggest asking him/her if you're still concerned.
