it depends how tall u are, i say no. as long as your healthy dont be concerned about your weight. but if u really want to lose weight dont eat any snack foods. just healthy foods like fish, chicken, and turkey. drink less sugary drinks and drink, milk, water. also have yougurt, greek yougurt is the healthest. im also 13 yr and i weigh 148 pound girl.
