Any brain tumor is bad, however, it is one of the better ones to have.

Meningiomas are slow growing tumors of the outside lining of the brain. They usually can be removed and completely cured. Occasionally they are in a location that cannot be completely removed which would be a problem.

If you have to have a brain tumor it is a good one to have. They are slow growing and do not break apart and spread. If they can be cut out then they are generally curable. Sadly, not all of them can be cut out and as they grow they do cause problems.
