Technically, marijuana would be considered a hallucinogen, since you tend to hallucinate. But from my experience, I've found it to be a relaxant. After it slows up my heartrate like a stimulant would, it as well slows everything down to an lower rate, and it's clear that everything in my body stops working at normal pace.
