Is Naturaclear and Naturadetox just a NaturaSCAM?

Both websites Naturaclear and Naturadetox are exactly the same making exactly the same wild claims 'award winning treatment' 'stay off drugs/alcohol forever' however both testimonial pages have exactly the same client feedback which is obviously fake .

'My sister has tried to stop using cocaine ever since she had an overdose�' and 'My sister has tried to quit drinking ever since she had liver cancer�'
'I spent the last 10 years as a drug user' and 'I spent the last 10 years as an alcoholic�'

Is this a SCAM or is it just me?
