Caress makes many different types of soaps in liquid, bar and bubble baths. The easiest way to answer your question is if you look at the label -- a soap will say "antibacterial" on it if it is antibacterial. If it isn't labeled as such, it is not.

It really depends on your skin type. Everyone is different. But for me it's fine just as long as i don't use it on my face.

No, it isn't. Most Dial soaps are anitbacterial, but Caress is not and does not claim to be.
