For the age, it's about on-par with the national (U.S.) average. Whether it means you are going to be much taller depends on when you began puberty. Generally speaking, the earlier the onset of puberty, the shorter a male will be, overall. Obviously, there are a lot of other mitigating factors, but the reason for this is because males have a later growth rate and tend to continue to grow into their early twenties. The incorporation of growth hormone during puberty causes those "growth spurts" you hear so much about. Thus, the more growth hormone present during those later years, the taller you will be overall. This should give all the "late bloomers" out there some hope.
