Don't pay any attention to the bmi scale ...all it does is calculate your height against your weight which throws men off because muscle weighs more than fat by a third ... So you can me a male at 5.9,, with define muscles and 12 stone and be ideal weight or you can be 5,9,,12 stone with half of it fat and itl still say ideal because the weights the same ....if you feel heathy and eat healthy then you should be fine
