Just do the best you can to improve on things that could be improved like conversation talk to him a bit more your appearance take more care, body language let your body show your age like if your 15 act like a 15 year old not like a glamour model. Walk dress like one act your age but to be honest if you throw in a bit more maturity it helps as hes older i think the biggest mistake is letting him know that your trying to impress him just remember if he looks at your look at him back right in the eye and don't be embarrassed show what you have to offer and if he still doesn't even try to get to know you then darling I'm sorry but he doesn't know what hes missing out on!=
