well if your 12 you should NOT way 83 lbs. why would you want to be so skinny anyways? but anyways, you're at a pretty good weight for your age (i'm 14 and weigh the exact same) but i would say exercising and eating healthy food choices.
It is neither necessary nor sufficient. There are healthy people who are not 5"5"" and 113 pounds and there are people of that exact height and weight who are not healthy. There is nothing inherently healthy or unhealthy about that height and weight.
