It is always healthy to get a good 7-8 hours sleep. It is ideal to sleep at 9-10 pm and wake up at around six or seven in the morning. That way you can get a good night's rest.

Depends on what time you wanted to get up. If you went to bed at 10pm and woke up after 8 hours sleep it would be 6am. If you went to bed at 11pm and woke up after 8 hours sleep it would be 7am, etc
