You know it is so frustrating when someone just stops talking! He could have stopped for so many reasons (i.e. he got freaked out, he lost interest, he lost his cell phone with your number etc,). In the end you only really have the facts and the fact is he stopped responding.
Your options now are to either asking him in person what is going on or leave things be and move forward with someone who is responsive. Either way...good luck. x
