better you first visit some Yoga Guru. you know these days there are many yoga ashramas. "Art of Living" one of its own kind of Yoga Ashram its. There you can discuss anykind of problem of yours with the experts there. if cant do this then start doing meditation. it may help you, but you should follow the correct procedure.
