I suppose this would be a more personal question then a question for you. But it could benefit you in a way of knowing where you should be at.

Here's mine:

I am in top shape, prime of my life right now. I weight 205 and I am 6'2. I have been playing Baseball and other sports for 10 years, and it has really showed.

I eat good food, as well. This is a big part of me being as healthy as I am. Lots of lettuce, fruits, tomatoes, vegetables, and meat is in my diet. It's very healthy and it makes me feel great.
