I had the procedure and my skin is still the same. However, doing a pooh is a whole different experience. I just produce a sludge, even though I have cut down on fatty foods, and it is the most unsatisfying sensation. Wiping takes anything up to 17 minutes and, before used Aloe Vera toilet paper, involved lots of effort, swearing and sometimes, even tears.

Only around once or twice every year do I produce a solid stool. I'm ususally so pleased, it becomes my Facebook status
