Firstly use your opposite hand to write (first printing and then handwriting) Secondly use your opposite hand to do simple daily tasks eg. pick up objects, apply make-up or something more manly-if male. Thirdly exercise it regularly and maybe lift weights. Then test yourself! Write the same sentence using both hands and observe if there are any differences. If you can't tell the samples apart, consider yourself to be ambidextrous. If the samples vary considerably, more practice is needed.
