Do not pop the blister! It is a natural part of healing after you've injured the site. Keep it dry & cover it w/ a bandage. If it pops on it's own--keep it dry as possible, wash w/ soap & water. Dry w/ a clean towel & use antibacterial ointment. Keep it covered in the bandaid--but also let it "dry" out for awhile after showering & then reapply the bandage & ointment. Really depends on if it is a burn or shoe rubbing...
