This depends on what you do. There is no time frame that could be given because it depends on your size, how many kilos you have to loose to fit into your IBM, your metabolism and most importantly how you go about it. You can go on a crash diet where you will loose really quickely (eg cabbage soup diet) but you will find that it will come back just as quickely as it went and don't be surprised if it is doubled.
If you want to lose that much weight I would say it is impossible. On average you should lose maybe 1 kilo a week. That would be 8-9 kilos over two months which is a tremendous amount of progress. You are talking about losing a third of your entire body weight in just two months. You would not survive.
The average weight of 9 months old baby girl is approx 19.62 pounds.
Yes, you can, and I have. I had two accidents in 9 months and lost the use of my left arm for months. I was ballooning in weight from lack of activity, but I fought back and lost the weight and more - all by diet. It ultimately depends on what you eat.
I would say, its almost impossible to lose that much pounds in 2 months. But if you believe in yourself then you can do it!
I would suggest asking a Doctor. I'm over weight, but I don't really what to talk to other people about it. Sorry if this isn't much help
This will depend on your height but if you are reasonably small in height and weigh this much at 9 then yes, weight-loss would be acceptable.
yes 36 weeks is like 9 months and if your drink lemon water eat green vegetables you will lose weight easlier plus you should do some cardio or toning
9 months is 39.13 weeks.
Oh my god, you shouldn't even be worrying about your weight at 9 years old.
My weight is about 64LBS and I am 10 in two months
Cut off one of your legs? There is simply no healthy way for you to lose that much weight. You are a perfectly normal weight for your height, and if you do want to lose a few pounds just eat less and do more exercise.
My baby boy 10 month old his weight 9 kg it's ok?
