Depends on the body. A normal human is about 70% water but that can vary considerably. Just take the weight in kilos and multiply it by 0.7 and that will give a rough estimation of how many litres of water are in it.

Over half. When born, around 80% or something. As growing, more solid moves in the way of water, making males around 60% and females around 55%. So, really, it just changes during growth.
